HELLO!

I’m Alysia Frost, the heart and hands behind Tumbleberry Dance.

I grew up dancing right here in Napa, first stepping into the magical world of movement at Expressions Dance Studio, then exploring baton twirling with the local Pepperettes and performing in my high school Colorguard. I even continued my dance studies in college before life led me to the most important role yet — becoming a mom.

After teaching at Napa Valley Ballet, I discovered how much joy it brings me to share movement with little ones. As a stay-at-home mom, I realized just how much Napa Valley needed gentle, parent-and-me classes — thoughtfully paced to match short attention spans, stress-free, and full of playful imagination.

At Tumbleberry Dance, I’ve designed short, affordable sessions so every family can dance, even if little ones can’t commit long-term. Each class is a warm, nurturing space for caregivers and children to connect, explore movement, and giggle together. My goal is simple: to make dance fun, accessible, and magical for every child.

When I’m not teaching, I’m a proud mom of three, a cat and chicken lover, and the companion of one very fluffy double doodle. These little joys inspire the creativity, kindness, and whimsy I bring to every class.

I would love for you to join us at Tumbleberry Dance — where little dancers twirl, tumble, and shine, caregivers share in the joy, and every class feels like a sprinkle of fairy dust. ✨
